Eastbrook Healthcare Center offers short-term respite care for individuals who are normally looked after full-time at home.

Caregivers who need a break can depend on our superior staff and facility to take over all daily duties for as short — or long — a time as needed.

We welcome any individual, 18 years and older, in need of 24-hour supervision and medical care.

What We Offer:

Our respite program provides care for those who require assistance with:
